We get new deliveries of umbrellas in every day into our warehouse, so if you would like to order more umbrellas than we currently hold in stock of a particular kind, it may be that we already have a delivery just arriving or on the way. Email us and ask, and we will get right back to you - email@example.com
If you cannot choose which umbrella to buy as a present, then we do offer gift vouchers for any amount, and the gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. Just get in touch and we will be delighted to help.

Please note when placing an order you might prefer to select a work address rather than a residential one as your order is generally delivered between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

UK delivery will be made usually within 2 - 3 working days.
As our delivery costs are regularly reviewed, to keep prices as low as we can, prices shown in the checkout and customer service are subject to change.

Standard Delivery is £4.25
Northern Ireland is £8.95
Guernsey and Jersey is £8.95
Customers from Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man will have a 4 - 5 day standard delivery service.
We welcome customers worldwide.
EU deliveries have a cost of between £7.50 - £35.00, please check the price at checkout
Worldwide deliveries are from £35.00, again, please check at the checkout for confirmation.
Please note: For international deliveries we are not responsible for any further duties or charges to be paid to the receiving country's Custom Officials. These have to be paid for by the customer.
European and International delivery costs. Please call for shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 days for EU deliveries and up to 10 days for International deliveries.

Delivery of Gifts
We can deliver the goods as a present without an invoice, just chose the gift wrap option at checkout and tell us the message you would like written in the card.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our on-line sales website. Please return your item(s) unused and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send returned items via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The Umbrella Shop cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
Please state whether an exchange or refund is required along with your details. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for payment.
Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot be held liable for returned items being lost or damaged in transit to us so we strongly suggest using a guaranteed delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar. All costs for returning items will be met by The Customer, unless the goods are deemed damaged upon the initial receipt. Before returning damaged goods we require The Customer to contact our Customer Services Team to advise the goods were received in an unsatisfactory condition. Failure to contact us before returning damaged items may result in The Customer being liable for all costs of returning the goods.
We require any returns/refunds/exchanges to be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Once the returned item is inspected we will either exchange the item if requested or refund The Customer accordingly. Please note that any refunds can only be made to the credit/debit card used for initial purchase and we are unable to refund any delivery costs.
