Ten traditional shaped large golf umbrellas in white with a white moulded handle.

Perfect for special occasions, celebrations, and of course as a wedding umbrella too.

We hope you will not need to use these - but incase you do, make sure you hire in advance.

We take our orders on a first come first served, so make sure your order is accepted, we recommend you place your order as soon as you can. For peace of mind and to ensure availability of your umbrellas please order early, some brides order some months in advance. We will try to help right before the wedding/event but very late orders cannot be guaranteed.

 

These umbrellas have a 14mm diameter steel shaft with 8 double ribs for strength.

Terms and Conditions:

Your order will normally arrive 4 days before the event, and be collected by our couriers 2 days after the event at an address specified by the Hirer. We cannot specify a time, and therefore it would be advisable to choose an address where there will be someone to sign the goods over to the courier.

The hire of Equipment will commence from the time Equipment arrives at the nominated address, and will continue until collection from the nominated address.

If you would prefer to buy the umbrellas or if you wish to keep them after the wedding then you can buy them less the hire charge you have paid.

If umbrellas are lost, broken or are very dirty (so we are unable to clean them for further hire) we will charge these at our sale rate less the hire charge you have already paid

Will be charged if a confirmed order is cancelled from the time of Order until seven days before the event date at the following rate: 25% of order charge.

Cancellation within the seven days preceeding the event will not qualify for any refund.

All Equipment remains the property of TheUmbrellaShop.co.uk and is offered for hire subject to availability.

During the hire period, all damage or loss is the responsibility of the Hirer and all losses will be charged for, (other than fair wear, and tear, and acts of god). Our umbrellas must be used properly and correctly, they are not guaranteed windproof, and must not be used as toys.

The Hirer has the responsibility to check that all items ordered are delivered and if any of the items are missing, wrong or faulty this should be drawn to the Suppliers attention, to which every effort will be made to rectify the problem. The Supplier reserves the right to alter items to the nearest substitute if necessity arises.


The Hirer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of any of the amount payable under the Contract because of any disputed claim of the Hirer in respect of defective services or any other alleged breach of Contract.


The Hirer shall deemed to have accepted responsibility for the safe custody of everything hired. The Hirer's responsibility for the Equipment commences on the receipt of the Equipment by the Hirer or his agent or on delivery as requested and ends when the Supplier is in possession of the all the Equipment when the equipment is collected. The Hirer will not sell or otherwise part control of the Equipment.

The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the care, safekeeping and return in good order of the Equipment. Damaged or uncleanable umbrellas will be charged for, these cannot be returned to the hirer. If the hirer wishes to keep broken or soiled umbrellas these should not be returned and they will be charged for as missing.

The Hirer shall at all times and in all respects indemnify the Supplier against and from, any and every expense, liability, financial loss, claim or proceedings whatsoever in respect of any personal injury whatsoever (including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing. injury to the Hirer and injury to any servant, employee or agent of the Hirer) and in respect of damage to or loss of any property whatsoever arising out of or in connection with or consequent upon hire, delivery, use, misuse, non-use, repossession, collection, return or non-return of the Equipment or any thereof.

We get new deliveries of umbrellas in every day into our warehouse, so if you would like to order more umbrellas than we currently hold in stock of a particular kind, it may be that we already have a delivery just arriving or on the way. Email us and ask, and we will get right back to you - info@theumbrellashop.co.uk

Shipping Countries & Costs

Please note when placing an order you might prefer to select a work address rather than a residential one as your order is generally deliver between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

UK Delivery

UK delivery will be made usually within 2 - 3 working days.

As our delivery costs are regularly reviewed to keep prices as low as we can, prices shown in the checkout and customer service are subject to change. Please be assured we keep the delivery and packaging costs as low as possible, while assuring your order is delivered safely.

Current UK Mainland Delivery Charge Summary

Standard Delivery is £4.25

Northern Ireland is £8.95

Guernsey and Jersey is £8.95

Unfortunately delivery and return costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

Customers from Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of White and Isle of Man will have a 3 - 5 day standard delivery service.

International Delivery

We will sell to customers worldwide, please contact us for an exact cost.

European deliveries have a cost of between £7.50 - 25.00
Worldwide deliveries are approx £35.00

Please note: For international deliveries we are not responsible for any further duties or charges to be paid to the receiving country's Custom Officials. These have to be paid for by the customer.

European and International delivery costs. Please call for shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 days for EC deliveries and up to 10 days for International deliveries.

Unfortunately delivery and return costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

Delivery of Gifts

We can deliver the goods as a present without an invoice. Gift wrapping costs £5.00 and you can add this to your order at checkout.

Cancellation & Returns

Please follow these instructions for returning items to The Umbrella Shop:

1. All items must be returned within 14 working days of their original delivery.
2. Post returns to the following address:

Please also include the invoice or a copy of it and a note detailing whether you would like a refund or to exchange the items.

3. When returning an item we strongly suggest you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office when you send an item back.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our on-line sales website. Please return your item(s) unused and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send returned items via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The Umbrella Shop cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required along with your details. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for payment.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
